Recently, Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Shaanxi Coal Selling and Transportation (Group) Corporation and Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd. held a coal and electricity mutual protection cooperation and coal purchase and sales contract signing ceremony in Xi'an, Shaanxi.
Shaanxi Coal Selling and Transportation (Group) Corporation and Datang Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd. signed the Coal Purchase and Sales Contract (2020-2021), reaching a cross-year coal purchase and sales contract volume of 5.354 million tons.
In addition, the three parties also signed the Memorandum of Mutual Protection of Coal and Electricity, which has reached an agreement on the supply scope, supply quantity and price mechanism of thermal coal in Shaanxi in 2020 and 2021. The good faith performance mechanism was included in the provisions for the first time, and the fulfillment of the contract in off and peak season was clearly constrained.
