Mentech Optical & Magnetic adjusted industrial layout in terms of merger in order to achieve the goal of entering military electronic information field. According to the acquisition plan, Mentech Optical & Magnetic planned to acquire 95.22% equities of Chengdu Keenlion Microwave Technology Co., Ltd. at RMB598 million (USD88.55 million). After nearly eight-month preparation, Mentech Optical & Magnetic will review the deal on 17 September.
