According to the announcement released by GRIAM on 15 September, its holding subsidiary Grirem Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. and China Minerals Rare Earth Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
The agreement aims to give full play to the industry position as a national rare earth major group and rare earth resource advantages of China Minerals Rare Earth, take advantage of technological innovation and engineering advantages of Grirem Advanced Materials and promote cooperation in terms of rare earth mine exploration, rare earth smelting and separation, rare earth materials development and application, rare earth trading and other aspects to achieve advantageous complementarities, coordinated development and mutual benefit.
