China's production of ten nonferrous metals increased by 3.3% YOY to 5.075 million tons in July 2020, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
In January to July, the output of ten non-ferrous metals in China was 34.6 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.1%. The output of copper, primary aluminum, lead and zinc posted 5.63 million tons, 21.13 million tons, 3.37 million tons and 3.57 million tons respectively, up by 3.9%, 2.5%, 5.8% and 4.6% YOY. The output of alumina sat at 41.28 million tons, down by 5.5% YOY.
