APALT announced that the company signed the Equity Transfer Intention Agreement with Mitsubishi Aluminum Co., Ltd. on July 30, 2020, and the company plans to acquire more than 51% equity of MA China Extrusion (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (CMAX) held by Mitsubishi Aluminum.
