Annada Titanium to make additional investment in Tongling Nayuan

Annada Titanium announced on July 30th that original shareholders of its holding subsidiary, Tongling Nayuan, will agree to make addition investment on the subsidiary to build a 50ktpa of battery grade iron(iii) phosphate project. Of all the RMB77 million (USD11,019,047) of addition investment needed to build the project this time, RMB53.90 million (USD7,713,333) will be supplied by Annada Titanium by its own funds in two phases, still accounting for 70% of the total investment; in addition, the investment proportion of shareholders will keep unchanged.
