USITC makes affirmative final determination of industrial injury on ferrovanadium from China

On July 28, 2020, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make the third sunset review affirmative final determination of industrial injury on ferrovanadium imported from China and South Africa, and ruled that if the current anti-dumping measures are cancelled, the substantial damage caused by the import of the products involved to the domestic industry of the United States may continue or recur within a reasonably foreseeable period. In the ruling, all five members of the U.S. International Trade Commission voted yes. According to the final decision, the current anti-dumping measures in this case remain effective.

On February 18, 2015, the United States extended the anti-dumping duty of the products involved in the case for the second time after the United States made the affirmative final determination on the sunset review of the above-mentioned products. On January 2, 2020, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an announcement to launch the third sunset review investigation on ferrovanadium imported from China and South Africa.
