On the evening of July 25, JL MAG announced that its application for issuance of stocks to specific targets was accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
According to the announcement, JL MAG will raise RMB718 million (USD102.58 million) for the annual production of 3,000 tons of new energy vehicles and high-end magnetic materials projects in the 3C field, and supplementary working capital. Among them, the total investment of 3,000 tons of new energy vehicles and high-end magnetic materials projects in the 3C field is RMB623,541,700 (USD89.08 million), and the raised funds are planned to be RMB503 million (USD71.86 million). In addition, the part of supplementary working capital is RMB215 million (USD30.72 million).
