The Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Public Security and the Supreme People's Procuratorate have decided to launch a campaign to crack down on environmental violations and crimes on hazardous waste from July to November 2020 in order to curb the frequent occurrence of illegal discharge, dumping and disposal of hazardous waste, protect the ecological environment and safeguard the health of the people.
