Yunnan issues measures for management of nonferrous metal commercial purchasing and stockpiling for 2020

The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Yunnan on July 13 issued measures for the management of nonferrous metal commercial purchasing and stockpiling for 2020.
The government plans to stockpile no more than 110,000t of copper cathode (GB/T 467), 340,000t of aluminum ingot for remelting (GB/T 1196), 70,000t of lead ingot (GB/T 469), 240,000t of zinc ingot (GB/T 470), 40,000t of tin ingot (GB/T 728), 20t of zone-refined germanium ingot (GB/T 11071), 50t of indium ingot (YS/T 257) and 1,500t of titanium and titanium alloy ingots (GB/T 26060). The plan is subject to change based on market situation. The stockpiling period is one year from the date of the issuance of measures.
