Recently, Qin Hongwu, the deputy general manager and secretary for president of Orient Tantalum Industry, noted that prices for tantalum and niobium were in a reasonable range in the market and the company seized the opportunity to ensure the procurement of raw materials, continuously cleared inventory and further lowered online occupation. In the first half (H1) of this year, the company saw the year-on-year decrease of product costs higher than the decrease of income by improving quality and efficiency and strengthening management.
