Ukraine's crude steel output down by 7.6% YOY in H1 2020

According to data released by Ukraine Metals Industry Entrepreneurs Association, the country produced 10.1 million tons, 9.98 million tons, 10.1 million tons and 9.02 million tons of steel, pig iron, crude steel and finished steel in January-June 2020, down by 7.6%, 2.6%, 7.6% and 4.7% YOY respectively.
In 2019, Ukraine produced 20.06 million tons, 20.85 million tons and 18.2 million tons of pig iron, crude steel and finished steel, down by 2.4%, 1.2% and 0.9% YOY respectively.
