CSRC approves Earth-panda's IPO registration application at science and technology innovation board

According to the news from China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on 29 June, it approved the application submitted by Earth-panda Advance Magnetic Material Co., Ltd. for IPO at science and technology innovation board.
In terms of fundraising purposes, Earth-panda plans to invest the funds in 1,500-ton-per-annum auto motor high-performance sintered NdFeB magnet construction project and rare earth permanent magnet material technology research center construction project and use the funds as working capital after deducting the issuing expenses. The total fundraising amount may reach RMB352 million (USD49.80 million).
