Gosenor plans to acquire 85% stake in Sichuan Apollo

According to Gosenor Technology Shares Co., Ltd., on June 1, the company signed an equity merger and strategic cooperation agreement with US Apollo Solar Energy. Gosenor will acquire 85% of the equity of Sichuan Apollo Solar, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Apollo Solar Energy, to build China's Tellurium Valley.
It's reported that Sichuan Apollo owns the tellurium primary ore resources and holds 35% shares of Chengdu Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd., which has a large-scale power generation glass production line.
