Hainan Mining issued an announcement on the evening of June 1 that the company signed a letter of interest with its counterparty on May 31, stipulating that the company should purchase 100% equity of Jinhui Mining that was held by six shareholders including Gansu Yate and other shareholders by issuing shares and paying cash. At the same time, the company plans to raise matching funds by non-public issue of shares to no more than 35 specific investors.
