Australia launches anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on painted steel strip from China

On May 27, 2020, the Australian Antidumping Commission issued announcement No.2020/50, stating that, in response to the application submitted by the Australian domestic enterprise, an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation was initiated on the painted steel strip imported from China and Vietnam
. The products investigated are painted carbon steel strips with nominal width of 12mm-32mm, nominal thickness of 0 . 5mm-1 . 5mm, whether rolled or not, whether waxed or not . Stainless steel strip and galvanized steel strip are not included in the investigation scope of this case . The dumping and subsidy investigation period of this case is from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020, and the injury investigation period starts from April 1, 2016 .
