Three coal mines in Henan transfer production capacity quota totaling 2.96Mtpa

Henan Zhongyuan Property Rights Exchange Co., Ltd. announced on May 25 that it plans to publicly transfer coal production capacity quota totaling 2.96 million tonnes per annum from three coal mines in Henan at the floor price of RMB90/t (USD12.57/t) plus a cash deposit of RMB5/t (USD0.7/t). The total amount of the cast deposit shall be no lower than RMB500,000 (USD69,851) and no higher than RMB10,000,000 (USD1,397,019).
The three coal mines (company) are Daping Coal Mine owned by Zhengzhou Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Huayuan Coal Co., Ltd., and Chaohua Coal Mine owned by Zhengzhou Coal and Electric Co., Ltd. The transfer of quota has been approved by relevant departments.
