As for the supply side, MIIT will further strengthen reforms to streamline administration, delegate powers, and improve regulation and services, loosen restrictions on contract manufacturing of new energy vehicles and allow enterprises with testing capabilities to carry out self-testing and self-certification to reduce repeated testing.
