China to dispatch second-batch teams of second-round central environmental inspection to provinces

According to Mr. Huang Runqiu, Minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) of China on May 25 in response to journalists at the NPC and NPPCC, in 2020 the Ministry will dispatch second-batch teams of the second-round central environmental inspection to provinces to carry out inspections on enforcement of major environmental policies and implementation of key tasks in preventing pollution, and to investigate issues commonly complained by the public.
