On May 21, Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group ("Jiangxi Tungsten") and Xiamen Tungsten held a meeting to execute details included in the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement previously signed by the two companies. Both sides held in-depth discussions and reached consensus on cooperation in developing Dawutang-Dahutang tungsten mine and Shanghang rare earth mine, and also on cooperation in Jiangxi Tungsten's cobalt sector and intelligent beneficiation machines.
After the meeting, the two companies signed a memorandum on cooperation in equipment manufacturing to confirm cooperation details they have agreed upon in this regard.
