Jiangsu Lidao New Material Co., Ltd. has recently completed the installation of a new aluminum composite production line, which has a width of 2.85 meters. The ultra-wide surface can improve the coating effect of aluminum and reduce energy consumption.
The new project of Lidao New Material is a key project of Changzhou, covering an area of 131mu, with a new plant and supporting buildings of more than 53,000 square meters, six new color aluminum production lines and two foreign production lines introduced. With a total planned investment of 600 million yuan (84.59 million US dollars), the project is expected to produce 40,000tpy of color coated and anodized aluminum materials after completion, with an annual sales volume of 900 million yuan (127 million US dollars).
At present, the first aluminum composite production line has been installed and is under commissioning, and the second production line is under installation. The other four production lines will be installed in place within this year. There are also two production lines introduced from abroad, but due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the equipment is temporarily unable to be delivered.
