Sichuan rechecks coal mines resumption acceptance

According to the Department of Emergency Management of Sichuan Province, the Department arranged the work of rechecking centralized safety rectification and resumption acceptance of coal mines and strengthening the main responsibility of the enterprise.
Sichuan government requires all cities (prefectures) to recheck centralized safety rectification and resumption acceptance of coal mines, so as to achieve "No production under unsafe environment", punish and shut down enterprises who deserve it. For the coal mines that resume operation, it is required that all the safety supervisors in the coal mines should be assigned to keep an eye on them 24 hours a day.
In view of the problems found in the recent special spot check, such as the failure to implement the main responsibility of some coal mining enterprises, the lack of awareness of risk management and control, and the weakness of technical management, etc., the Department requires all localities to vigorously consolidate the main responsibility of enterprises, fully implement the measures for the assessment and scoring of safety work of coal mine managers, and organize the coal mine managers to carry out the comparative inspection and self-rectification.
