  • SAIL raises prices of steel bars by up to 8% for March

    Steel Authority of India Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright Apart from SAIL, most other steel producers have also hiked prices of rebars.Asian Metal Copyright (SAIL) has hiked prices of its steel bars by up to 8% for March across regions, trade sources disclosed.

    The government-owned steel maker had hiked the prices of these products in January and February as well; the prices are now up by 10-18% in the current quarter, compared with the end of the previous quarter.

    Apart from SAIL, most other steel producers have also hiked prices of rebars.
