Tinci Material terminates issuance of convertible bonds

According to the announcement of Tinci Material on March 13, the company originally planned to issue convertible bonds of no more than RMB 1.14 billion (USD0.16 billion). In view of the changes in the market environment, its performance expectations and the overall arrangement of the projects, the company decided to terminate the issuance of convertible bonds. For the projects of 40,000tpy of sulfur to sulfuric acid and 200,000tpy of high cobalt nickel hydroxide (phase I, section a), the company will continue to raise funds for construction with its own funds and other financing methods.
