Litian Wanshi launches construction of lithium battery and system project

A ceremony was held on March 3rd to launch the construction of Litian Wanshi's 20GWh lithium-ion battery and system project.
The project is located in Zhonghe Industrial Park (Phase ‖) in Jiashan Economy Development Zone. With total capitals of USD500 million and investment of USD1 . 5 billion, the project is divided into two phases in construction . The phase one project of 8GWh lithium-ion battery and system, which has a total investment of USD750 million and fixed asset investment of about RMB3 . 075 billion (USD444 million), will create annual output values of RMB7 . 2 billion (USD1 . 04 billion) and tax revenues of RMB430 million (USD62 . 03 million) after realzing designed production capacity; the phase two project of 12GWh lithium-ion battery and system, which has a total investment of USD750 million and fixed asset investment of about RMB4 . 6 billion (USD664 million), will generate annual output valumes of RMB10 . 8 billion (USD1 . 56 billion) and tax revenues of RMB650 million (USD93 . 76 million) after going into full production.
