On February 24, Binzhou held a ceremony to launch key projects, including two secondary aluminum projects.
With the total investment of 160 million yuan (22.78 million US dollars), the 200,000tpy secondary aluminum project of Weiqiao Pioneering will be constructed in two phases and is planned to be completed and put into operation this year.
With the total investment of 110 million yuan (15.66 million US dollars), the 200,000tpy secondary aluminum project of Innovation Metal will be operated in an 800,000tpy high-strength and high-toughness aluminum alloy material workshop under construction. The project can be fully put into operation this year.
