Ningbo cancels production resumption approval process

On 17 February, the novel coronavirus prevention and control leading group of Ningbo released the "notice about further accelerating production resumption and adjusting production resumption process", according to which production resumption approval process is cancelled and enterprises that are not listed in the negative list can restart operation immediately after making a commitment.
The notice identified that the program of filing, negative list and commitment is adopted. All enterprises (projects) can resume operation after carrying out prevention and control measures and submitting reports to county (town, street) or industry authorities. Enterprises only need to submit an application (including epidemic prevention plan and employee list) and a letter of commitment. The processes of conducting prior survey and issuing survey comments are cancelled. Enterprises that have submit applications don't need to implement the filling process and can restart operation.
As required by the notice, county (town, street) or industry authorities should conduct on-site inspections on enterprises and key construction projects above limits and conduct spot checks on enterprises and other projects below limits based on the double random principle. Disqualified enterprises and projects must make rectifications to meet relevant requirements.
