Hebei launches fourth round of atmospheric environment law enforcement special action

According to Hebei Ecological Environment Department, the fourth round of atmospheric environment law enforcement special action in autumn and winter 2018-2019 in the whole province is organized and carried out from January 4 to 19.
This action will continue to focus on the prevention and control of dust pollution, and at the same time focus on the implementation of enterprises' peak shifting production, especially for class A industrial enterprises free from peak shifting production, to carefully check whether they really meet the emission performance evaluation standards. Comprehensively check the setting, operation and standard emission of pollution prevention and control facilities of iron and steel, building materials, thermal power, coking, carbon and other industries, as well as the unorganized emission control situation step by step, to help formulate remediation plans and effectively solve environmental problems.
In addition, the action will also carry out law enforcement inspection on the implementation of the emergency plan for heavy pollution weather, the rectification of problems found in the first three rounds of atmospheric environment law enforcement actions, the installation and networking of online monitoring facilities, and the normal operation.
