Jinan issues 2019-2020 differential off-peak production plan in autumn and winter for key industries

The Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Ecology and Environment Bureau and Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Jinan jointly issued the notice of Work Plan of Differential Off-peak Production in Key Industries in Autumn and Winter in 2019-2020.
The notice points out that Jinan will implement differential off-peak production, focusing on steel, coking, building materials, casting, carbon, chemical industry and other high-emission industries. Besides, according to the forecast results of monthly ambient air quality in autumn and winter, the off-peak production time should be shortened or extended. In principle, the implementation time of off-peak production starts from December 1, 2019 and ended on March 15, 2020. In addition, some enterprises can be exempted from off-peak production.
