Linfen degrades air pollution alert from red to orange level

Linfen air pollution prevention and control headquarters announced on December 25, 2019 that the air quality in Linfen was gradually improved owing to the cold air on December 26. However, from December 27, the diffusion condition became worse, and moderate to severe pollution may occur. In order to deal with the pollution and reduce the effect, the heavy pollution weather emergency headquarters agreed to degrade the red alert to orange alert from 0:00 on December 26 and take emergency response measures as required.
