MEE: conduct stricter punishment on steel enterprises committing frauds about ultra-low emission monitoring

Recently, Ministry of Environment and Ecology (MEE) unveiled a notice for iron and steel enterprises to implement ultra-low emission assessment and monitoring. The notice requires local departments of environment and ecology in all levels to add enterprises that realize ultra-low emission after assessment and monitoring into the list for dynamic management and implement different measures for management. All of the departments should jointly conduct stricter punishment on iron and steel enterprises and relevant assessment and monitoring institutions that commit frauds.
