In November, most Chinese cathode material producers reported shrinking sales; accordingly their demand for lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide declined, leading to prices for the two materials.

As the 3C market was in the off season, battery producers showed decreasing demand for raw material LCO; further affected by dropping prices for raw material lithium carbonate and cobalt tetroxide, LCO prices moved down.

Regarding the power car market, LNCMO battery producers maintained low operating rates; further affected by dropping prices for raw material lithium carbonate and cobalt sulfate, LNCMO prices decreased.
