From early November, upstream producers have strong intention to lift prices as many of them suspended production with the wet season coming to the end. However, there is no driving force for the prices to keep increasing, and the prices were stable in the 2nd half of November. In export market, export prices increased even faster than the prices in domestic market in 1st half of November, and it stabilized in the rest of the month.
