China's non-ferrous metal output of ten kinds up by 4.6% YOY in Jan to Oct

According to NDRC's data released the other day, China's non-ferrous metal output of ten kinds posted 4.97 million tons in October, up by 4.6% YOY. Specifically, the output of copper, lead, zinc and alumina was 870,000 tons, 540,000 tons, 550,000 tons, and 5.97 million tons respectively, up by 17.9%, 16.5%, 8.3%, and 3.6%; primary aluminum production was 2.88 million tons, down by 1.8%.
In January to October, the output of ten non-ferrous metals in China was 48.15 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 4.6%. The output of copper, primary aluminum, lead, zinc and alumina was 7.83 million tons, 29.24 million tons, 4.62 million tons, 5.12 million tons and 60.77 million tons respectively, up by 8.1%, 0.7%, 17.4%, 9.4% and 4.4%.
