Hebei launches third round of special law enforcement action on autumn-winter atmospheric environment

To consolidate the effect of special law enforcement action on autumn-winter atmospheric environment, Department of Ecology and Environment of Hebei organized and launched the third round of special law enforcement action on autumn-winter atmospheric environment for 2019-2020.
It is said that this special action will launch law enforcement inspection on the rectification of previously environmental issues, standard emission of industrial enterprises, the implementation of pollution prevention and control measures and emergency emission reduction measures of gas-related enterprises and other aspects.
This law enforcement action will strictly implement differential control measures and ban "one size fits all" during the ecological environment law enforcement. Companies on the positive list of ecological and environmental regulation should uphold no production restriction, production suspension, inspection and interruption.
