Zhongfu Industrial to transfer partial investment right and equity of Guangyuan Zhongfu

Henan Zhongfu Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonfu Industrial") announced that the company and its holding subsidiary Henan Zhongfu Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongfu Aluminum") intended to transfer part of the investment right and equity of Guangyuan Zhongfu High Precision Aluminum Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangyuan Zhongfu") to Sichuan Yuheng Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Yuheng").
At present, the registered capital of Guangyuan Zhongfu is 1.883 billion yuan (267 million US dollars). Zhongfu Industry subscribed 500 million yuan (70.99 million US dollars), accounting for 26.55% of Guangyuan Zhongfu's registered capital; and Zhongfu Aluminum subscribed and paid 1.383 billion yuan (196 million US dollars), accounting for 73.45% of Guangyuan Zhongfu's registered capital.
Zhongfu Industry plans to transfer its subscribed investment right of Guangyuan Zhongfu's registered capital of 200 million yuan (28.4 million US dollars) to Sichuan Yuheng, accounting for 10.62% of Guangyuan Zhongfu's registered capital, with the transfer price of 0 yuan; Zhongfu Aluminum plans to transfer its 40.89% equity of Guangyuan Zhongfu to Sichuan Yuheng, with the transfer price of 770 million yuan (109 million US dollars). After the equity transfer, Sichuan Yuheng, Zhongfu Industry and Zhongfu Aluminum will hold 51.51%, 15.93% and 32.56% equity of Guangyuan Zhongfu respectively.

After the equity transfer, Sichuan Yuheng, Zhongfu Industry and Zhongfu Aluminum will hold 51.51%, 15.93% and 32.56% equity of Guangyuan Zhongfu respectively.
