Hoshine Silicon signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the people's government of Yunnan Province on December 5, 2019, proposing to build Hoshine Silicon-Zhaotong hydropower silicon circular economy projects, including the 800,000t-per-year organic silicon monomer (including 800,000t-per-year industrial grade silicon and 500,000t-per-year coal-derived organic raw material) and siloxane downstream intensive processing projects.
