Jinchen Machinery to issue convertible bonds to invest in cell facility project

Jinchen Machinery announced on December 5 that it planned to issue convertible bonds to the public and raise no more than RMB374 million (USD53.07 million). After deducting the issuing expenses, the company will invest in "40 PECVD facilities project for photovoltaic HJT high-efficiency cells" and supplement working capital.
