Xichang Steel Vanadium completes annual plan by 96.9%

From January to November, Xichang Steel Vanadium produced 4,367.19kt of iron, completing 96.9% of the annual plan with the capacity rising by 12.8% YOY. The utilization coefficient of blast furnaces and other major technical indicators all reached the best level since the production start.
