Ningxia issues notice on off-peak production plan for key industries in winter and spring 2019-2020

The Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Department of Ecology and Environment of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region recently issued the notice on carrying out off-peak production in some key industries during winter and spring 2019-2020.
According to the notice, the off-peak production period is set to begin on December 1, 2019 and end on March 10, 2020. Key industries include metallurgical, chemical and casting. Different enterprises have different standards and those who fail to meet requirements would restrict or suspend production based on their conditions.
