Six cities in Hebei launch emergency responses to heavy-polluted weather

On 28 November, Shijiazhuang, Heshui, Xingtai and other three cities in Hebei released early warning for heavy-polluted weather and launched emergency responses to heavy-polluted weather, including five level-II responses.
In order to strictly avoid the "one size fits all" policy for protecting ecological environment, Hebei required serveral departments to check and assess national and provincial key projects, strategic emerging industries, key export enterprises and others and set up an ecological environment supervision positive list which includes 1,640 projects and enterprises.
