NDRC urges efforts to upgrade traditional industries

On November 20, the Department of Industry of National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Department of Development Planning under Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) jointly held a meeting in Fujian calling for the acceleration of transformation and upgrade of traditional industries by insisting on development of the real economy and adopting market-oriented measures and law-based approaches.
