Mexico launches the third anti-dumping sunset review of concrete steel nails from China

On November 19, 2019, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a notice in the official gazette, launching the third anti-dumping sunset review and filing investigation on concrete steel nails originating in China. The TIGIE tax number of the product involved is 7317.00.99. The dumping investigation period of this case is from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, and the injury investigation period is from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2019. During the investigation, the current anti-dumping duty is still valid.
On November 29, 2004, Mexico made a final anti-dumping decision on China's concrete nails, and began to formally levy an anti-dumping duty of USD0.50/kg. On May 16, 2011, Mexico extended the anti-dumping duty of China's products involved in the case for the first time and changed the tax rate to USD0.54/kg. On November 10, 2015, Mexico extended the anti-dumping measures of the products involved for the second time.
