Ministry of Emergency Management to carry out random safety production inspection for steel and aluminum processing industries

The Ministry of Emergency Management of China issued a notice on random safety production inspection for the steel and aluminum processing industries. In order to resolutely curb and effectively prevent accidents, spot checks on safety production in the steel and aluminum processing industries will be carried out from late November to mid-December 2019. The inspection would focus on iron and steel enterprises with blast furnaces, converters or electric furnaces and aluminum processing enterprises with smelting, recycling aluminum or casting process.
