Vale signs MOU with ICBC

On November 13, Vale signed a MOU with ICBC on global financing arrangement.
ICBC shall prepare to provide Vale with a global financing of up to $3 billion, including but not limited to syndicated loans, bilateral loans, export credits, trade financing, bond issuance, cross-border RMB operations and project financing.
