If USITC determines that there is a reasonable indication that imports of forged steel fittings from India and/or South Korea materially injure, or threaten material injury to, the domestic industry in the United States, the investigations will continue and Commerce will be scheduled to make its preliminary CVD determination on January 16, 2020, and its preliminary AD determinations on March 31, 2020.
