1. Market Highlights
In October, due to soft downstream demand, both HC ferrochrome and LC ferrochrome prices showed a downtrend.
As the demand was weak, prices for Chinese silicochromium and chrome metal edged down in October.
Ferrochrome prices dropped this month, so ferrochrome producers forced chrome ore prices down to transfer pressure. Thus, chrome ore prices moved down slightly this month.
