In October, deals were few after national holiday. Prices from producers started increasing soon after as many of them have strong intention to suspend production by the end of October due to upcoming increasing electricity charge, but buyers are reluctant to accept increasing prices. In export market, given weak demand and firm purchase cost, export prices were stable in general.
