China Southern Rare Earth invests in South Rare Metals Trading and Distribution Center Project

On November 5, 2019, the signing ceremony for the China South Rare Metals Trading and Distribution Center project was held in Ganzhou High-tech Development Zone. The representatives of Ganzhou High-tech Zone Management Committee and China Rare Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. signed the Contract for Investment Promotion Project and the Supplemental Agreement for Rare Metals Distribution Center Project, which provided further promotion for the rare metal trade distribution center project in South China.
China South Rare Metals Trading and Distribution Center is jointly invested by China Southern Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd., Ganzhou Urban Investment Group, Ganzhou Development Investment Group and Chenguang Rare Earth Group. Among them, China Southern Rare Earth Group holds 51% of the shares and the total investment of the project is RMB1 billion (USD143,174,810).
China South Rare Metals Trading and Distribution Center is jointly invested by China Southern Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd., Ganzhou Urban Investment Group, Ganzhou Development Investment Group and Chenguang Rare Earth Group. Among them, China Southern Rare Earth Group holds 51% of the shares and the total investment of the project is RMB1 billion (USD143,174,810).
