Department of Industry and Information Technology of Fujian released a notification to revoke the announcement of capacity transfer scheme of Baosteel Desheng Stainless Steel on November 7. The notification said Department of Industry and Information Technology of Fujian released the capacity transfer scheme of Baosteel Desheng Stainless Steel on its website and issued Approval for Capacity Transfer Scheme of Baosteel Desheng Stainless Steel on October 17, 2019. Since October 23, 2019, the department received dissent documents from relevant departments and enterprises in Guangxi. In order to avoid repetition of capacity transfer and adding new capacity by violations, the department decided to revoke the announcement released on October 17 before verification.
